Yes, I'd let a margin of 0.5 to 1 LDU all around. Also, according to this photo, top stripe is narrower than the other ones

all around would mean to use 5-48 and have the last row made of quads, only the top margin is easier with just an additional cyli row

Yeah, I feel the problem ;) Let's say on top only, making the silver line a tad thinner.
withe 1LDU margin to the top (found better pics, seems like the stripes are indeed to the slope end)
