Studio's part designer doesn't like this file and it's impossible to import since it doesn't like the -0.158333 entry. I don't think it can accept angled sub-parts.

You can import the part: Manually change the value from -0.158333 to 0.0 and import the file. Right‑click on the assembly and select Ungroup. Convert the value into degrees and tilt the pattern accordingly. Then you need to scale the Y‑direction from 120 to about 121.5 so that it aligns more precisely with the base part (after tilting there is a small gap). The second option is to import the two components separately in Part Designer.

We can't be responsible of the pile of bugs contained in Studio...
Actually, the part works perfectly in Studio, only part designer chokes on it. So the method is fairly simple, put the part in custom parts folder, and copy 4515.col/4515.conn to 4515p04.col/.conn (or any name you choose to avoid name clashing with Studio parts)
